AI is often useful at the rough-draft stage: suggesting questions, organising ideas or offering alternative wording. Start with a task where you can inspect the result and decide what belongs in the final version.
Give the task a shape
Describe the outcome, the audience and any relevant limits. A short practice plan for a beginner using only a phone is more specific than a request to explain all technology. Include only context that changes the answer.
Work on a small part
Choose one section of the response and ask for a clearer or shorter version. This makes comparison easier. Notice whether the revision improves the wording but accidentally changes the meaning or adds assumptions.
Own the final version
Check facts, remove invented details and adapt the wording to your situation. Treat any suggested source as something to verify. Do not use a generated answer as the only basis for an important personal or business decision.
Try this yourself
Ask for questions to include in a learning enquiry, then keep only the ones relevant to your needs.
Check your understanding
Which questions did you remove, and what made the remaining ones useful?
